What is "THE LITTLE KNIFE"? It is a tool to easily cut all types of dough converted into bread, hygienic and discarding, that replaces the old elements used in the bakeries, supermarkets and so on, to carry out the bread cuts. |

Technical characteristics "THE little knife" - with a total longitude of 13 cm and a weight of 10 gms - has been developed with anatomical haft, carried out in high impact material. Its stainless steel blade lets carry out ultra - fine, precise cuts. It is technically proved that when a dough is perfectly elaborated with good volume after the fermentation, the cut has essential importance for the final display of the product. It is frequently observed that such cuts are made with inappropriate elements – razor blades inserted in precarious hafts – easily exposed to breaks or detachments, with all the risks that implies for the consumer. |
What is more, if the cut depth is not appropriate, a great percentage of the gas produced by the yeast is lost from the time of the cut till the moment the bread is put into the oven and until its gelatinization takes place in 7 or 8 minutes after having entered the oven. Consequently, pieces of smaller size and little opening of cut are obtained. The blade of "the little knife" is technically developed as much as in its depth cut - 3 mm as in its thickness - 0,15 mm – this blade is inserted in the haft through a system of injection that avoids its detachment. The former is supplemented with a protective cap for the knife blade. "The little knife" has been approved by acknowledged technicians and no doubt it will be an excellent work tool for your clients. |
